Crock Pot Chicken Chili

5 stars! Try this recipe! So good!

This meal was AMAZING! The smell filled our apartment throughout the day and by the time we got to eat it, it was worth the wait. It didn’t take too much time to prepare, just the chopping and cutting and what not. We left out the chili peppers and put less chicken (we ran out of room in the crock pot) as well as a little less cumin and chili powder. We also put in only one can of tomatoes with chilies, and included one can of just plain tomatoes. It was still a bit spicy, but quite a bit milder. I guess it really depends on your preference of hotness. Remember to drain every can of anything that you put in, it makes a difference. Even with two less chicken breasts, this meal served the two of us for about a week, along with a couple bowls for other people. On top of that, small portion sizes are really filling. We gave this meal 5 stars; it was great all around!
